Sizing & fit
How do I know which size to order?
Measure the foot heel-to-toe in centimetres and match it to the chart in our size guide. Measure both feet and use the larger one. Ages are only a rough guide — children of the same age vary a lot, so always trust the measurement.
My child is between two sizes. Which do I pick?
Size up. Children grow faster than socks wear out, and our cuffs have enough stretch that a slightly bigger sock still sits properly. A sock that's too small drags the toe seam across the toes and wears through much faster.
Do the socks shrink after washing?
Not meaningfully. Long-staple cotton holds its shape far better than standard cotton. Wash cold and dry on low and they'll keep their fit.
Do you make adult sizes?
Yes — The Fashion Line is our adult range, made in a single stretch size fitting roughly EU 39–44. It's launching soon.
The product
What does “anti-bacterial” actually mean here?
Our socks carry an anti-bacterial finish that helps keep odour down through a full day in closed shoes. Odour comes from bacteria growing in the warm, damp environment inside a shoe — the finish, combined with a breathable knit that lets heat escape, is designed to slow that down. It's a comfort and freshness feature, not a medical treatment.
Why premium cotton? Isn't cotton just cotton?
No. We use long-staple cotton, meaning the individual fibres are longer, so they spin into smoother, stronger yarn. You feel it three ways: it's softer on skin, it pills far less, and it holds shape and colour through repeated washing instead of going thin and scratchy. It costs more to make. We think a sock worn eight hours a day against a child's skin is worth it.
Are they good for sensitive skin?
They're designed with smooth toe seams and no rough ridges, and breathable cotton is generally kinder to skin than synthetics. That said, if your child has a diagnosed skin condition or allergy, check with your doctor — we can't give medical advice.
How should I wash them?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or air dry. No bleach, and no fabric softener — softener coats the cotton fibres and takes away the softness you paid for.
Ordering & delivery
How long does delivery take?
3–5 working days anywhere in Egypt, shipped from New Cairo.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders of 700 EGP or more. Below that, standard delivery is 75 EGP, or 90 EGP to Alexandria.
Can I pay when it arrives?
Yes. Pay on delivery is available — cash when your order reaches you. Card payment at checkout also works.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not yet. We're focused on Egypt for now.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped, yes. Message us as fast as you can with your order number and we'll catch it.
Returns & exchanges
The size is wrong. What now?
We'll exchange it. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Socks need to be unworn and in their original packaging — for hygiene reasons we can't take back worn pairs. To test fit, try them on over another pair of socks.
Something arrived wrong or faulty.
Message us straight away and we'll replace it. Wrong item, missing pair, fault in the knit — that's on us, not you.
Stock
My size is sold out. Will it come back?
Usually yes. Message us with the product and size and we'll tell you when it's due — or let you know the moment it lands. You can also join our email list to get restock alerts.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
Core everyday styles, yes. Seasonal or limited designs sometimes sell out for good — if you love a pair, don't wait.
