Delivery

We deliver across Egypt in 3–5 working days, dispatched by courier from New Cairo.

Delivery is free on orders of 700 EGP or more. Below that, standard delivery is 75 EGP, or 90 EGP to Alexandria.

You'll receive a confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and we'll be in touch if anything affects your delivery window.

Payment

Pay on delivery is available — pay in cash when your order arrives. Card payment at checkout is also accepted.

Returns & exchanges

If the size isn't right, we'll exchange it. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.

For hygiene reasons, socks must be unworn and in their original packaging to be exchanged. If you want to check the fit, try them on over another pair of socks.

If something's wrong with your order

Wrong item, a missing pair, or a fault in the knit — message us straight away and we'll replace it. That's on us, not you.

How to start a return or exchange

Message us on WhatsApp or email Theblanklabel.eg@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to change. A real person will answer.

Not sure on size before you order?

Check our size guide, or send us a foot measurement in cm and we'll recommend the right size — easier for everyone than an exchange.
